Outsourced Customer Services

Unlike many of our competitors, we don't just offer 'off the shelf' packages. We specialise in developing custom solutions to fit your business. We will work with you to develop something that fits you, rather than something you need to fit around.

An example of our bespoke systems:

A high volume inbounds calling system to provide Pre and post Sales product support over the telephone for a home appliance manufacture. If consumable or service is required we will take an order/booking and up sell warrantees and upgrades, we then book them into a diary (which is managed by the client so they have control over their staffing). We then print and send a letter to the customers with their appointment details. Not what you'd call an off the shelf package!

We have also designed a system for our loan clients who wish us to screen the loan applicants capturing all the required data ready for you to simply credit check the applicant. We have infact made many changes on behalf of our clients to accommodate them. Please just ask if there is something you require.
